I started in the fitness industry 6 years ago when I fell in love with working out and lost a lot of weight.
Nutrition wasn’t my strong point at the time and I went through a period of restricting myself and generally being a bit miserable. This then led to me yo yoing up and down for a couple of years before I finally thought enough was enough.
Fast forward and qualified in nutrition, I now live a balanced lifestyle and feel no guilt in indulging in dinners out or holidays away. My true passion in life is to help people break the cycle of dieting and to help them create a lifestyle they actually enjoy. If you don’t enjoy what you are eating then you aren’t going to be able to maintain that for long periods of time.
I work one to one with people wanting to improve their health/ nutrition, working with me is ideal if you are someone that has struggled with weight coming off and staying off.
I ran a successful women’s fitness company in Essex, it all started with one kettlebell class and escalated to 6 classes a week. I met so many amazing people and some have become friends for life, I then decided to go down the route of Pilates within the Harlow area.
I think Pilates is the most amazing form of exercise, no matter what age, size or fitness level. I have such a range of people attending my classes; new mums, people with back conditions, it literally is for everyone. It can have such a positive effect on your life I really believe everyone should incorporate it at least once a week.
